Overview

The rear sprocket for KINEO - Triumph T120 transfers drive from the chain to the wheel. One of two Kineo sprocket versions for Triumph T120. Select according to the current rear tooth count and carrier type.

What does an Ultralumin 7000 aluminum sprocket offer?

The sprocket is machined from Ultralumin 7000 aluminum and anodized. Aluminum weighs less than steel at the same volume, making it an option for riders seeking a lightweight rear sprocket material. Anodizing adds color and helps protect the aluminum surface. The teeth still require the correct chain size and wear inspection during maintenance. The complete sprocket's weight also depends on thickness, tooth count and center cutouts.

Selecting tooth count and chain size

If you are replacing a worn sprocket and are happy with how the bike rides, retain the existing rear tooth count. With the front sprocket unchanged, adding rear teeth increases the final drive ratio. The chain may need adjustment or a different length. Available tooth-count options are 41, 42 and 43.

Checking the rear wheel assembly

For T120 with Kineo wheels, compare the tooth count and bolt circle of the exact version you intend to fit. Before choosing a color or cutout pattern, compare the rear carrier bolt circle. The teeth must match the chain size and align with the front sprocket.
