Ducati Scrambler 800 Double Plates with a two-color assembled center is a rear sprocket combining an aluminum center with a steel tooth ring. If you prefer a two-color center for Scrambler 800, you must still select the correct rear-wheel bolt pattern and current chain size.
How do the aluminum center and steel teeth work together?
The two sections serve different areas: the Ultralumin 7000 aluminum-alloy center mounts to the sprocket carrier, while the CrMn 5045 steel ring engages the chain. This construction provides steel teeth with an aluminum center. When replacing a rear sprocket, material selection is useful only if the carrier bolt pattern and chain size also match the bike's current setup.
Selecting tooth count and chain size
The final drive ratio is calculated by dividing the rear sprocket tooth count by the front sprocket tooth count. Retain the existing rear tooth count when replacing worn parts, or select a different count if you want to change the final drive ratio and have checked the chain length. This sprocket range offers versions from 40 to 49 teeth. Chain-size options are 520, 525 and 530. Select the size that matches your current chain and sprocket set.
Checking the rear wheel assembly
Check the mounting arrangement on the Scrambler carrier currently fitted. Center color does not determine chain size or mounting dimensions. If the rear wheel has been changed, use dimensions from the carrier currently fitted rather than an image of a sprocket on a bike with stock wheels. Check that the chain runs centrally on the tooth ring.

Only recorded pitch, position and tooth options are shown. Final-drive changes must be evaluated against the complete front/rear setup; tooth count alone is not treated as a performance claim.
